작게 실행하기(Start Small, 이하 “운영자”)는 모바일 리듬 게임 Beat Bouncer: Rhythm Jump(비트 바운서)(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」(대한민국) 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 운영자가 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.

서비스는 전 세계 이용자를 대상으로 제공되며, 운영자는 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에 대해서는 GDPR(일반개인정보보호규정)을, 미국 캘리포니아 등 이용자에 대해서는 해당 지역 법령을 함께 고려합니다.

서비스는 광고와 인앱결제(IAP)를 제공하지 않습니다. 따라서 운영자는 광고 식별자(IDFA)와 결제수단·구매 내역 등 결제 관련 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

운영자는 민감정보(건강·종교·정치 성향·생체정보 등)와 고유식별정보(주민등록번호·여권번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.

• 진행 기록 저장 및 서비스 제공
• 레벨 난이도 조정·기능 개선·오류 분석을 위한 이용 통계 파악
• 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보

• 계약 이행: 게임 기능 제공 및 진행 기록 저장
• 정당한 이익: 서비스 개선을 위한 가명·통계 분석, 부정 이용 방지

5. 보유·이용 기간 및 파기

• 기기 로컬 데이터: 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 기기에 보관되며, 그 즉시 기기에서 삭제됩니다.
• 분석 데이터: Google Firebase Analytics의 보관 설정(최대 14개월)에 따라 보관된 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 운영자는 별도의 개인 식별 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다.
• 운영자가 직접 보관하는 개인정보 파일은 없으며, 문의 메일은 처리 완료 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 사업자의 도구를 이용하며, 각 사의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전

위 사업자는 대한민국 외 국가(미국 등)에 서버를 두고 있어, 관련 정보가 해당 국가로 이전·처리될 수 있습니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱을 이용하지 않거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

• 기기 로컬 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 저장소 삭제로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 「개인정보 보호법」·GDPR 등에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의철회·이동(반출) 및 처리에 대한 이의제기를 요청할 수 있습니다(아래 연락처). 운영자는 회원 식별정보를 보유하지 않으므로, 가명 처리된 분석 데이터에 대한 권리 행사는 각 제공사의 도구를 통해 지원될 수 있습니다.
• 권리 행사는 위 CPO 연락처(이메일)로 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 관계 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다.

• 최소 수집 원칙 적용 및 직접적 신원 정보 미수집
• 분석 데이터의 가명·통계 처리

본 서비스는 아동을 주요 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. EEA·영국에서는 16세 미만(회원국에 따라 13~16세), 미국에서는 13세 미만(COPPA) 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 관련 사실을 인지하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Start Small (작게 실행하기) (the “Operator”) operates the mobile rhythm game Beat Bouncer: Rhythm Jump (the “Service”) and respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we process and why, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea), the GDPR, and other applicable laws.

The Service is offered worldwide. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK we apply the GDPR; for California and similar US users we also consider applicable local laws.

The Service has no accounts or login and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number. We process:

The Service contains no ads and no in-app purchases. The Operator therefore collects no advertising identifier (IDFA) and no payment or purchase information.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, political views, biometrics, etc.) or unique national identifiers (resident registration, passport numbers, etc.).

• Performance of a contract: providing game features and saving your progress
• Legitimate interests: pseudonymous/aggregate analytics to improve the Service, abuse prevention

5. Retention and Deletion

• On-device data: kept on your device until you delete the app or clear its data, at which point it is removed.
• Analytics data: retained under Google Firebase Analytics settings (up to 14 months) and then deleted automatically. The Operator keeps no separate identifying records.
• The Operator keeps no personal data files of its own; support emails are deleted once the inquiry is resolved.

These providers operate servers outside the Republic of Korea (e.g., the United States), so usage events, device/app information and IP address (used only to estimate approximate region) may be transferred to and processed in those countries when you use the Service. For EEA/UK transfers, providers such as Google rely on mechanisms including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or applicable adequacy decisions.

8. Your Rights

• Delete on-device data immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
• Under the GDPR/PIPA and similar laws you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (see contact below). Because we hold no account identifiers, rights over pseudonymous analytics data may be exercised through each provider’s tools.
• We respond within the period required by law (within one month under the GDPR).

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reliance on the security programs of trusted providers (Google, Apple)
• Minimized and managed access to processing tools

The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age (14 in the Republic of Korea; 16 — or 13–16 depending on the member state — in the EEA/UK; 13 under COPPA in the US) and will delete such data promptly if discovered.
