작게 실행하기(Start Small, 이하 “운영자”)는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 Crossless(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」(대한민국) 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 운영자가 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.
서비스는 전 세계 이용자를 대상으로 제공되며, 운영자는 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에 대해서는 GDPR(일반개인정보보호규정)을, 미국 캘리포니아 등 이용자에 대해서는 해당 지역 법령을 함께 고려합니다.

2. 수집·처리하는 정보
서비스는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접적인 신원 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 처리되는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

서비스는 인앱결제(IAP)를 제공하지 않습니다. 게임 내 부스터 등 아이템은 플레이 또는 보상형 광고 시청으로만 획득하며, 현금으로 구매하거나 환급할 수 없습니다. 따라서 운영자는 결제수단·구매 내역 등 결제 관련 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
운영자는 민감정보(건강·종교·정치 성향·생체정보 등)와 고유식별정보(주민등록번호·여권번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 처리 목적
- 게임 진행 상태 저장 및 서비스 제공
- 기능 개선·오류 분석·이용 통계 파악
- 광고 제공 및 광고 노출 빈도 관리(무료 이용 지원)
- 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보
4. 처리의 법적 근거(GDPR 등 적용 시)
- 계약 이행: 게임 기능 제공 및 진행 상태 저장
- 정당한 이익: 서비스 개선을 위한 가명·통계 분석, 광고 빈도 제어, 부정 이용 방지
- 동의: 맞춤형 광고를 위한 광고 식별자 사용 등 동의가 필요한 처리(해당 지역에서 동의 시). 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
5. 보유·이용 기간
- 기기 로컬 데이터: 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다.
- 분석·광고 데이터: 각 제공사(Google)의 보관 정책에 따릅니다. 운영자는 별도의 개인 식별 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다.
6. 처리위탁 및 제3자 제공
운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 사업자의 도구를 이용하며, 각 사의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전
위 사업자는 대한민국 외 국가(미국 등)에 서버를 두고 있어, 관련 정보가 해당 국가로 이전·처리될 수 있습니다.

8. 행태정보(맞춤형 광고)
- 수집 항목: 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID), 앱 이용·광고 상호작용 정보
- 수집 방법: Google AdMob SDK
- 수집 목적: 맞춤형 광고 제공 및 광고 효과 측정
- 거부 방법: 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 “맞춤형 광고 제한/추적 제한”을 켜면 맞춤형 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다. iOS는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의 요청에서 거부할 수 있고, EEA·영국 등에서는 최초 실행 시 표시되는 동의 양식에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
9. 이용자(정보주체)의 권리
- 기기 로컬 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 저장소 삭제로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정/추적 제한으로 맞춤형 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.
- 「개인정보 보호법」·GDPR 등에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의철회·이동(반출) 및 처리에 대한 이의제기를 요청할 수 있습니다(아래 연락처). 운영자는 회원 식별정보를 보유하지 않으므로, 가명 처리된 분석·광고 데이터에 대한 권리 행사는 각 제공사의 도구를 통해 지원될 수 있습니다.
- 권리 행사는 위 CPO 연락처(이메일)로 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 관계 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

- 분석 데이터의 가명·통계 처리
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 및 신뢰할 수 있는 제공사(Google·Apple)의 보안 체계 이용

11. 아동의 개인정보
본 서비스는 아동을 주요 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. EEA·영국에서는 16세 미만(회원국에 따라 13~16세), 미국에서는 13세 미만(COPPA) 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 관련 사실을 인지하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
12. EEA·영국 이용자 안내(GDPR)

- 감독기구 진정권: 거주지 또는 침해 발생지의 개인정보 감독기구(예: 영국 ICO, 아일랜드 DPC 등)에 진정을 제기할 권리가 있습니다.

13. 미국 캘리포니아 이용자 안내(CCPA/CPRA)
운영자는 개인정보를 “판매”하거나 통상적 의미의 행태광고 목적으로 “공유”하지 않습니다. 캘리포니아 이용자는 알 권리·삭제·차별 금지 등 권리를 위 연락처로 행사할 수 있습니다.

본 방침이 변경되면 본 페이지에 게시하고 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지 등으로 안내할 수 있습니다.

Start Small (작게 실행하기) (the “Operator”) operates the mobile puzzle game Crossless (the “Service”) and respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we process and why, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea), the GDPR, and other applicable laws.
The Service is offered worldwide. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK we apply the GDPR; for California and similar US users we also consider applicable local laws.

2. Information We Process
The Service has no accounts or login and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number. We process:

The Service does not offer in-app purchases (IAP). In-game boosters and items are earned only through play or by watching rewarded ads; they cannot be bought for money or redeemed for cash. The Operator therefore collects no payment or purchase information.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, political views, biometrics, etc.) or unique national identifiers (resident registration, passport numbers, etc.).
3. Purposes
- Saving game progress and providing the Service
- Improving features, diagnosing errors, understanding usage
- Delivering ads and controlling ad frequency (to support free play)
- Preventing abuse and maintaining service stability
4. Legal Bases (where the GDPR applies)
- Performance of a contract: providing game features and saving progress
- Legitimate interests: pseudonymous/aggregate analytics for improvement, ad frequency control, abuse prevention
- Consent: where required for personalized advertising identifiers; you can withdraw consent at any time
5. Retention
- On-device data: kept on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
- Analytics/advertising data: per each provider’s (Google) retention policy. The Operator keeps no separate identifying records.
6. Processors & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We use the following providers, whose privacy policies apply:

7. International Transfers
These providers operate servers outside the Republic of Korea (e.g., the United States), so relevant data may be transferred to and processed in those countries. For EEA/UK transfers, providers such as Google rely on mechanisms including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or applicable adequacy decisions.
8. Personalized Advertising
- Data: advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID), app usage and ad-interaction data
- Collected via: Google AdMob SDK
- Purpose: personalized ad delivery and ad-performance measurement
- How to opt out: reset your advertising identifier or enable “Limit Ad Tracking / opt out of personalized ads” in device settings. On iOS you can decline via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; in the EEA/UK you can choose in the consent form shown on first launch.
9. Your Rights
- Delete on-device data immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
- Opt out of personalized ads via your device’s reset advertising ID / limit ad tracking settings.
- Under the GDPR/PIPA and similar laws you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (see contact below). Because we hold no account identifiers, rights over pseudonymous analytics/ad data may be exercised through each provider’s tools.
10. Security Measures
- Data minimization and no collection of directly identifying information
- Pseudonymous/aggregate processing of analytics data
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reliance on the security programs of trusted providers (Google, Apple)
- Minimized and managed access to processing tools
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age (14 in the Republic of Korea; 16 — or 13–16 depending on the member state — in the EEA/UK; 13 under COPPA in the US) and will delete such data promptly if discovered.

- You may withdraw consent at any time and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
13. California Users (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the statutory sense. California residents may exercise their rights to know, delete, and non-discrimination using the contact below.

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes may also be announced in the app.
