본 약관은 작게 실행하기(Start Small, 이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 Crossless(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

2. 약관의 동의
서비스를 설치·실행·이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오.
3. 서비스 내용
서비스는 선이 교차하지 않도록 점을 옮기는 퍼즐 게임으로, 무료로 제공됩니다. 무료 이용을 지원하기 위해 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 서비스에는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 진행 상태는 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 운영자는 개선을 위해 서비스의 내용·구성을 변경할 수 있습니다.
4. 인앱결제 없음
서비스는 인앱결제(유료 상품)를 제공하지 않습니다. 게임 내 부스터 등 아이템은 플레이 또는 보상형 광고 시청으로만 획득하며, 현금으로 구매할 수 없습니다.
5. 광고
서비스에는 제3자(예: Google AdMob)가 제공하는 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 광고의 내용 및 광고를 통해 연결되는 외부 사이트·상품에 대해서는 해당 광고주·제공사가 책임지며, 운영자는 이를 보증하지 않습니다. 광고 관련 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.
6. 가상 아이템(부스터)
게임 내 부스터 등 아이템은 서비스 내에서만 이용할 수 있는 제한적·취소 가능한 라이선스이며, 현금 가치가 없고 환금·양도·환불되지 않습니다. 서비스가 종료되거나 데이터가 삭제되면 해당 아이템은 소멸할 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스의 역공학·변조·해킹, 비정상적 방법(자동화·치트·메모리 변조 등)을 통한 이용
- 보상·랭킹·진행도 등을 부정하게 조작하는 행위
- 운영자 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법령 또는 본 약관을 위반하는 행위
8. 지식재산권
서비스 및 그 콘텐츠(코드·그래픽·디자인·사운드 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 이용 범위에서 서비스를 사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가의 라이선스를 부여받습니다.
9. 보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한
서비스는 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 법령상 이용자(특히 소비자)에게 보장되는 강행규정상의 권리는 본 조항에 의해 배제·제한되지 않습니다.
10. 서비스의 변경·중단
운영자는 사정에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단·종료할 수 있습니다. 무료 서비스인 점을 고려하여 사전 통지가 어려울 수 있으나, 가능한 범위에서 앱 내 공지 등으로 안내합니다.
11. 약관의 변경
본 약관이 변경되면 본 페이지에 게시하고 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
12. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따라 해석·적용되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁의 1심 관할 법원은 서울남부지방법원으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 소비자인 경우, 거주 국가의 강행적 소비자보호 법령과 그에 따른 관할(예: 거주지 법원)은 본 조항에 의해 배제되지 않습니다.

2. Acceptance
By installing, launching, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
The Service is a puzzle game in which you move nodes so that lines do not cross. It is free to play and may include advertising to support free use. There is no account or login; your progress is stored on your device. The Operator may change the Service to improve it.
4. No In-App Purchases
The Service does not offer in-app purchases (paid items). In-game boosters and items are earned only through play or by watching rewarded ads and cannot be bought for money.
5. Advertising
The Service may show ads served by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). The content of ads and any external sites or products they link to are the responsibility of the relevant advertisers and ad providers; the Operator does not endorse them. For ad-related data processing, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Virtual Items (Boosters)
In-game boosters and items are a limited, revocable license to use within the Service. They have no cash value and are not redeemable, transferable, or refundable. They may be forfeited if the Service is discontinued or your data is deleted.
7. User Conduct
You must not:
- reverse engineer, modify, or hack the Service, or use it through abnormal means (automation, cheats, memory tampering, etc.);
- manipulate rewards, rankings, or progress by improper means;
- infringe the rights of the Operator or third parties, or violate applicable law or these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content (code, graphics, design, sound, etc.) are owned by the Operator or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for the Operator’s intent or gross negligence, or excludes any mandatory rights guaranteed to you (in particular as a consumer) by applicable law.
10. Changes & Discontinuation
The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. As this is a free service, advance notice may not always be possible, but we will provide notice (e.g., in-app) where reasonable.
11. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms change, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. EEA/UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep all mandatory rights under your local law, which these Terms do not override. Because the Service is free and involves no payment, no statutory right of withdrawal for paid contracts applies; you may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for information, though the Operator currently offers no paid online sales.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court of first instance for disputes shall be the Seoul Southern District Court. However, if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence and the courts available to you thereunder (e.g., the courts of your domicile) are not excluded by this clause.
